The Supreme Court, this morning, granted cert in the case of Friedrichs v. California Teachers Association.   http://www.scotusblog.com/case-files/cases/friedrichs-v-california-teachers-association/.  This case is a challenge to the decision in Abood v. Detroit Board of Education.  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abood_v._Detroit_Board_of_Education.  The Abood case figures prominently in Eugster v.
